YouX Crew Rewards
YouX Crew Rewards is our brand new volunteer reward and recognition program. Within this program, volunteers earn points for each shift they complete, and once they reach 200 points, they are awarded with a $40 e-gift voucher.
Points will accumulate each year and reset as of January 1st.

YouX Crew Social Program
Each year, 4-5 social events are organised for the YouX Volunteers to attend. These events might include lawn bowls, river cruises, arcade sessions, mini golf and more. All social events are complimentary for YouX Crew Volunteers. Limited places are available, making them highly sought after!

*Dates and times subject to change. Social events are only available to volunteers who have completed at least one YouX Crew shift, excluding inductions, and past social events.
Volunteer Certificate of Achievement
Twice a year, certificates of achievements are distributed to YouX Crew Volunteers within two categories:
- O’Week Volunteers
- Volunteers who have contributed over 30hrs of volunteering throughout the year.
Volunteers are provided with an A4 Certificate of Achievement, and photo file to share on their social media and LinkedIn platforms. These certificates can be used for references, and acknowledge their volunteering efforts.
Volunteer of the Year Awards
Each year, YouX Crew Volunteers are asked to nominate themselves, or a peer who they believe has contributed outstanding service to the YouX Crew throughout the year. Each nomination is reviewed by the YouX Volunteer Coordinator and wider leadership team.

The winner will receive a $150 gift voucher, and a certificate of achievement.

- Nominations close Friday 22 November
- Volunteers may nominate themselves, or a volunteer peer.
- Only the winner will be contacted.

Suhani was nominated by her peers and happily awarded with a $50 voucher and a certificate, commemorating her volunteering efforts in 2023. Suhani has since gone on to be hired as a YouX Ambassador. Congratulations to Suhani!

The Volunteer of the Year is recognised on internal volunteer platforms, along with YouX Social Media.
