As your 2020 SRC President, I advocated for or supported:
- PNG(previously NGP) & WNF for Semester 1,2
- Student Support Packages, including $500 international student support package
- 60 days HDR extension scholarships
- Free international students visa extensions
- Reverting harsh hurdles on computer science exams so students passed instead
- More f2f teachings for Semester 2
- Internships for graduating engineering students
- Fixed the delivery of MSA course for 5th Year MBBS Students
- Stopped implementation of invigilated exams
- Extended Muslim prayer room for Friday prayers
- Increased Indigenous HDR scholarships
- Refund of accommodation fees for students that went home
- Free flu vaccination for clinical students
- Roseworthy Union shop to be kept open, with increased bus times & lecture room upgrades
- For overseas medical students allowed to continue their studies
- Engagement with students through Q&As
- Revival of the Echo360 1.25x & 1.75x speed options
- AUU/SRC online elections
- Replacement of testamur’s with Rathjen’s signature & better sexual harassment efforts from university and so much more!
