My name is Jack Brady and I am proud to be running for General Councillor as part of the Connect team.

Those students who live in Adelaide's residential colleges deserve direct representation to the Student Representative Council. COVID-19 has had a serious impact of students living in residential accommodation, some of whom are still affected by interstate and international border closures. I will ensure the SRC works with SAAUCC (South Australian Association of College Clubs) and other student residential providers for mutual benefit. 

The Connect team wants the University of Adelaide to be an exciting, vibrant, and sustainable campus, and we are all about improving your student experience.

Your Student Services and Amenities Fee funds the AUU and SRC. This money should be put towards bigger events and parties, more free services like the Breakfast Club, and making sure the AUU leads the way in the University’s carbon-neutral target.

This year has shown that a good working relationship between student representatives and the University achieves outcomes for students, and we will continue our proven track record of working with the University to ensure students’ interest are put first.
