About Us
Established in 2020, AUSABE are representatives of the architecture school within the faculty of science, engineering and technology (SET). A student run organisation, AUSABE is an acronym for the Adelaide University Society of Architecture & Built Environment.
As the first and only architectural society to exist in the long history of the University of Adelaide, AUSABE aims to nurture and support students within the School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE).
From hosting networking events, competing in competitions with fellow students, gaining insightful advice from older students, or even just having a chat about anything architecture - AUSABE is here to make your architectural degree as fulfilling and exciting as possible!
Just as we like to emphasise the benefits of taking advantage of our getting-industry-ready-events, we also encourage you to attend our many social events too! We organise quiz nights, pub crawls, and BBQs to provide our members with opportunities to mingle and have fun. Throughout your studies, it’s important to take breaks, relax and destress - and AUSABE is keen to accommodate this throughout the year!
Whether its grabbing a snag between classes, preparing to flex your trivial knowledge, or getting pampered for a glamorously themed ball, AUSABE is sure there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Make sure to follow our socials to hear about what events and activities we are cooking up!
