About Us

The Companion Animals Special Interest Group (CASIG) is a club based at the University of Adelaide's Roseworthy Campus and is for students with a particular interest in companion animals. Our members largely consist of students from Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Bioscience, Animal Behaviour, Animal Science and Veterinary Technology. We run events including lunchtime seminars from industry representatives, workshops about animal handling, first aid and ultrasounds, Pet of the Week competitions as well as participating in events like RSPCA cupcake day and industry week. Please contact us for more information or to sign up for the club.
