This policy allows the AUU and its Affiliates to deal with complaints from employees about the behaviour of other employees, or matters that adversely affect their ability to work productively in a positive environment. The AUU and its Affiliates has a legal responsibility to ensure that employees are not subjected to unlawful discrimination, harassment, victimisation or bullying.
