Qualifications Required

Our research group, at the Centre of Research Excellence - Translating Nutritional Science to Good Health, is seeking healthy male individuals for a research study investigating the effects of quinine (bitter substance) and amino acids on gut functions.

If you choose to participate in our research, you will be required to attend the Discipline of Medicine (University of Adelaide) for a screening visit to determine whether you are eligible. You will receive an honorarium of up to $350 for your screening visit plus four study visits to reimburse you for your time. There are some eligibility criteria that you have to meet in order to participate:

• Male aged 18-55 years

• Normal weight BMI (19-25).

• No significant illness

• Non-smoker

• Not trying to lose or gain weight
