It is a cloud-based system that works on all platforms, so users can successfully manage their business anywhere, anytime, from any device.
Developments in the pipeline include retail platform improvements, the addition of a dealer portal for suppliers to receive orders, stock control module, manufacturing system and an e-commerce platform.
We currently provide software in Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada with teams in Australia, USA and the Philippines.

About the Role
Do you know your way around a Windows or Mac computer like the back of your hand?
Could you do basic troubleshooting on a client’s computer (for example, set them up with Google Chrome or connect them to the internet)?
Could you effectively troubleshoot a custom-made software solution, over the phone or with Zoom remote access?
Are you able to prioritise your work load while providing exceptional customer service?
Do you enjoy working as part of a non-scripted, hardworking software sales and technical support team?
As a Software Sales Assistant, you will work under the direction of the USA and Australia Sales Managers. The role encompasses supporting the day to day sales and account management activities including but not limited to:
Following up potential client leads either by phone or email
Assisting the USA and Australia Sales Managers with follow up items for our larger clientele and to communicate updates back to our clientele
Once you are trained up, you may also receive your own portfolio of clients to train and account manage
Conduct sales demonstrations to potential clients
If you have well-developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues in a simplified fashion and are committed to providing exceptional customer service, we want you in our team.
You would work out of our office which is located at 612 Marion Rd, Park Holme.
