Our client is a proud and diverse FMCG company based in Gepps Cross currently seeking Pick Packers for their growing business.
As you will be working within a physically demanding role with repetitive heavy lifting, following the correct processes & procedures is essential. The role involves picking bulk orders accurately, assembling pallets safely & efficiently to prepare for dispatch using voice picking headsets and EPJ’s (Electronic Pallet Jacks).
You must be available to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 6am and 6pm, Mon to Fri, needing to be available 3 days per week between Mon & Friday. In return you will have a great working environment, fantastic pay rates and ongoing training and development.

To be considered.
• No experience required
• Pick pack/warehousing experience also considered
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Solid work history with no unexplainable gaps in employment
• Ability to comfortably lift up-to 25kg on a repetitive basis
• Looking to commit to role for 12 months plus
• Be available to work 3 days per week between Mon - Fri
• Ability to work to high KPI's & pick rates (once trained)
• Strong awareness in safety, manual handling & safe working practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (advantageous)
• Ability to work 24 hrs or more per week – 8 hr shifts between 6am and 6pm
• Previous experience using voice pick and EPJ's (advantageous)
• Successfully pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test (urine)
• Own PPE – steel cap bots & hi-vis clothing
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Outstanding attendance and reliability
• Contactable work references
