Qualification requirements:

I am a licensed Mortgage Broker seeking to grow my ‘self-generated’ leads and therefore conversions.

To do so I require, in the first instance, a marketing plan that encompasses my:

-             ‘Socials’ (currently GMB, Instagram & LinkedIn)

-             Brand development through my support of five homeless charities, and

-             Target market foci.

All of this is to differentiate myself through brand development and promotion, where I can grow not only my support for the five ‘homeless’ charities who benefit financially from my loan settlements, but also, as part of my business plan, the number of businesses who align with me in then providing further financial support to these charities.

I am looking for someone who wants to undertake professional activities, with genuine enthusiasm, who wants to make a difference with the charities I support. Contextual professional experience would be an advantage but is in no way critical.

This initial stage would be a perfect ‘side hustle’. It has the potential to grow, as my business grows, where the importance and therefore breadth of marketing requirements would also be expected to grow.

Renumeration & KPI’s are negotiable.
