About the position
Here at YouX, we love clubs!
Clubs are about enhancing the student experience on campus. With an extensive and varied offering, clubs are a great way for students to engage with other students who share similar interests through networking, social events, and other activities.
The Club Administrator is responsible for assisting the Student Engagement Coordinator in administering the clubs' function for YouX. The Administrator is also required to work independently on various tasks and be a voice for clubs within YouX.
The role provides administrative support to the Clubs Committee and other club-related activities including:
- Managing the processing and reporting of club grant funding, and ensuring club records are up to date and accurate
- Preparing meeting documentation and taking minutes for the Clubs Committee
- Overseeing the club equipment, lockers and facility bookings
- Providing high level administrative support to the Student Engagement Coordinator and club community as required.
About you
We are seeking someone who has outstanding customer service and administrative skills. You must be organised and can manage competing priorities. The ability to prepare meeting agendas and take minutes is essential.
You will have the ability to communicate and relate to a diverse group of stakeholders, be a team player who uses their initiative and ‘can do attitude’ to provide support to the team where needed.
