We are looking for a reliable and professional Guest Services team member to help deliver a high standard of hospitality and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests. Key duties include managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations across phone, email, and online platforms, and providing responsive customer service. The role also involves working closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared to standard, and regularly communicating with the team leader and Business Manager on guest feedback, occupancy, and day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have strong English communication skills, a neat and professional appearance, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction. This is a physically active role, requiring strength and good health to move stock, linen, and cleaning products between floors and into storage. We value honesty, integrity, and punctuality, and are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
