- Breaches of Academic Integrity Policy (such as plagiarism or other academic misconduct)
- Unsatisfactory Academic Progress (including attendance at Show Cause meetings)
- Exclusion from the University
- Extension requests
- Replacement exams or alternative assessment requests (MACA)
- Concerns about academic misconduct
- Review and Remarks of assignments/exams
- Personal situations which may be affecting your study
