If you have an Administrative Grievance you can speak to an Education and Welfare Officer (EWO) for confidential, independent, expert advice regarding your rights and what you may be expected of you when navigating the University’s Student Grievance Resolution Process (SGRP).
Administrative Grievances can relate to a wide variety of non-academic decisions made by the University. These decisions may include enrolment processes or implementation of University policy or procedure.
An EWO can offer you independent support and advice regarding communications with the University, advise you on how to appropriately frame or present your grievance to the University, and how to prepare Formal Review requests and Appeals.
You may want to familiarise yourself with the University’s SGRP.
Please pay close attention to the timeframes involved when reviewing or appealing decisions.
You are welcome to book an appointment with an EWO to discuss this process as needed.
