Application for Full Registration

A Club must move from provisional to full registration, after their first year of being registered with YouX. The following form must be completed for the application for full registration to be considered by the Clubs Committee.

Signed copy of the Adelaide University License Agreement

BOTH SIDES of the licence agreement must be scanned - this is a legal agreement between your Club and the University and gets signed by the VC. Please ensure it is correct before attaching it. Please make sure to fill in all sections of the License Agreement including Item 1 and Item 2.
